WHEN: June 2, 2019

WHERE: Easter Island, a Chilean territory in Polynesia

WHAT: Running for Literacy

Airline pilot, mother, educator, and GED graduate Captain Courtney Schoch is on the run again. This time, she’s Running for Literacy on Easter Island!

Through her nonprofit, Runucate, Courtney raises funds for economically impoverished areas and neighborhoods by running marathons.

This is the second run in which Courtney has vowed to donate a substantial percentage of funds raised to Seeds of Literacy. The remaining will cover her expenses for the trip.
